My pictures of the Terra Cotta warriors (Bīngmǎ Yǒng 兵馬俑) uncovered in Xi’An, China. This excavation site encloses a large army of warriors, horses, and armaments. The terracotta sculptures depict the armies of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. These sculptures were discovered in 1974 by local farmers.
